Just say it

We all have something to say, and we must say it. We must just say what we want to say and thats it. You know I think some of the fat that is within our bodies can be attributed to all the things we wish we could say but never say them, of course there are many reasons why we choose not to say what we want to say, but it is killing us. 

Just say it and of course deal with the consequences of the reality that the people that you would be saying what you are saying to, may not be ready to hear what you want to say. So we walk around wanting to say things to people and never say them, firstly because we fear how they might react and secondly because we think by not saying it we keep the peace. How can there be peace when you are dying inside from the things you want to say, but cannot say it because you are afraid……… of course you might loose your job.

It is possible that more than 80% of the things you say are not really what you would have said if you had not considered all the crap you consider. Just say it……

It is also very worrying that you will probably die without having said what you want to say. I mean you die without telling that girl, woman, man, boy how you feel about them, whether it be bad feelings or feelings of love. Just say it…….rejection is normal and how you deal with it is your business.

But, maybe, perhaps we don’t know how to say anything as opposed to knowing what to say, but just choosing not to say it. That is a different ball game altogether because you are like a baby who cannot speak, the difference with you is that even the baby communicates somehow.

What am I saying now………..Just say it. Imagine if you died tomorrow and you did not say what you had been wanting to say for a very long time…….just say it. It could also be that the minute you say what you want to say to whoever you want to say it to, you life changes (for the better or the worst, either way you would have said it)
